How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote per project rather than per hour. After a free discovery call we send a written scope with a flat price and a timeline — usually within two business days.

How long does a typical project take?

A marketing site is usually four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds and ongoing retainers are scoped individually, and the timeline is written into the proposal before we start.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Two rounds of revisions are included at each milestone. Because you see shareable previews as we go, feedback lands early and a third round is rare — if you do need one, we agree the cost before doing the work.

Who will I be talking to?

One point of contact for the whole engagement, and it is someone doing the work — not an account manager who hands you off after the pitch. You get a weekly update whether or not you ask for one.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your goals, your audience, anything you already have (brand assets, copy, access to existing accounts) and a rough budget range. If some of that does not exist yet, we can help build it.

How does payment work?

Typically a deposit to book the slot and start, then the balance at agreed milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Everything is invoiced, and the schedule is in the proposal you sign.

What happens after launch?

You get all the files, accounts and access, plus documentation written for a non-developer. We stay available for fixes and questions, and you can move onto a monthly retainer if you want ongoing work.
